For her last video/lesson, she asked us to share our thoughts in her comment section. It took me a lot of courage to actually post a comment in her youtube! So here is my comment:




"Hye Aileen. I’m Alia from Malaysia 💓 (Not sure whether you know where that is)

1. The Dream Life Series has helped me to rediscover myself back. It helps me to understand my self better, how and why I become what I am right now. It reassesses me with my goals and reaffirm me with my purpose of life. It helps me to recognize and acknowledge that I do have fears. I feel refresh, energetic, positive and definitely motivated again. 💖💖

2. I got to refocus what my dreams are. I always feels like I have so much things to say, my mind is so cluttered with ideas, but I never know what to do with them. I always thought that I need to depend on someone, to clarify what is in my mind. Now I know that I am the only one who can help myself. I started to jot down everything in journal, I brain dump everything, I let go all my feelings and thoughts and ideas. I started to organize my thoughts, ideas and plans. I started to do more research about my them individually, I started to learn and read more. I’m still struggling with putting up my thoughts to the world, even though I love sharing things, I’m still afraid to share my thoughts and ideas. I’m learning to express myself more without really caring what other people’s thoughts of me. Commenting this takes a lot of courage from me and I guess it is the first step for me to express my thoughts and feelings? 😀

3. My most favourite exercise is definitely vivid vision. I went so deep, I imagine myself in all areas; health, relationship (naming each one of them), personal growth, money, home, spiritually, happiness, creativity, adventure, travel, and volunteer. Just the chance to imagine all of them makes me happy. 😍

 4. I learn to always believe in myself. It’s okay if I’m having a slump or feeling down, just get back and reorganize my life back. Takes time to reorganize my thoughts and planning my life from time to time. Start do some action and start to speak up. Go for whatever makes me happy. Be the best version of myself. ✨✨

Lastly, thank you for always inspiring me! I really enjoyed the series! All the exercises has helped me a lot, thank you for making it accessible to everyone. I have mixed feelings every time I did the exercises, sometimes I feel really happy, sometimes I feels like crying, but every time I finish the exercises, I feel really relieved. Keep doing what you’re doing. And pray that I will someday have the courage to spread love and light to others too. 💕❣️❤️💓✨"
